About Us
Whee Breathe is an open air quality monitoring platform at Western Carolina University. There are six air quality moniters placed across campus. These moniters allow us to have real-time air quality data. This project is sponsored by WCU’s Sustainable Campus Initiative. The project coordinator is Sara Duncan whose research is focused on reducing rural air pollution exposure and environmental justice in Western North Carolina.
